Topics: Special Session on

Fuzzy Performance Management with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA): Theory and Applications

Evaluating the performance of Decision Making units by traditional Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models requires crisp input/output data. However, in many real-world applications inputs and outputs are often imprecise. The main aim of this special session is to serve as a discussion forum to present and to debate new contributions on fuzzy DEA including, showing recent advances and applications in the topic. These contributions include papers in the theory and applications, but are not limited to, the following topics:

  • Measuring efficiency of decision making units with imprecise data
  • Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis
  • Data Envelopment Analysis and interval data
  • Data Envelopment Analysis and uncertainty

Publications:

Selected best papers will appear in SCI-indexed journal(s). All papers in conference proceedings will be indexed by both EI Compendex and ISTP, as well as the IEEE Xplore (FSKD’10 in IEEE Conferences)

Paper Format

All papers must be written in English. See Word template (MS Word .doc format). There are no page limits for initial submissions. For accepted papers, the paper should not exceed 5 pages.
